Corporate Obligation is too easy to confuse with CO...co...inc.

Corporate duty or CD may be a way to get around this. Although, I guess CD could still be confused with other things.

I think CD would often be plural.

Just a thought...

Corporate Social Responsibility, caring & socially responsible, corporations spouting rubbish, complete sidelining of reality, corporate slippery rhetoric ... corporate responsibility, commitments to sustainability, voluntary commitments, commitments to [insert one of many] standards, compliance with human rights norms...what is this thing we call CSR?

Does the term or acronym even matter? I think it probably does but the vital question is "what is the intention behind the term?" Is the intention to merely improve a corporation's reputation or to actually transform objectives and practices?
